Any tricks to enable Red button in The Netherlands maybe?

I read somewhere about Mark Hollis, I bought his '88 released CD and the last Talk Talk 'Laughing Stock' , they are from "a while ago" but hey they are really good, and as a bonus quite well recorderd.
