A while ago the forum was revamped and more Meridian insights and involvement were promised. This was met with some healthy skepticism which I believe has been really put to bed with recent activities, culminating in a touch of executive presence.  It was also said when the XMOS chips were introduced, it would be a update/new products with XMOS chips every month (5 ?) Perhaps this was done, never saw much about the used chips.

I believe that all recent Meridian audio products contain XMOS chips, including Explorer, Director, Prime, 818v2, 861v8 and, I would guess, the SE loudspeakers.
