I cannot recommend them enough to justice to the level of customer centred service.

I would also like to thank Rick for supplying a lovely 861v4/ID40/LPS, and Lee for such a comprehensive and successful installation. As a replacement for my 568.2MM and MS200 it provides a stunning upgrade for cinema, and a clearer soundstage with more natural sound for two channel music.

Bought a Pioneer LX-5090 from gIzzE who was an absolute gent to meet me half-way at his own expense. Screen is absolutely mint, clearly well taken care of. My OH thought my 42" panel was big and smugly proclaimed that size isn't everything. I agreed and proceeded to bore her with black level performance during which she left the room and went to bed.

Simon is a no-nonsense and determined professional who negotiated quickly, fairly and paid immediately. He did what he said he would exactly when he promised.

I'd like to extend a real thanks to MI'. I recently commissioned one of his bespoke shelves for my 5000C & the missus and I went to collect it yesterday. MI's communication throughout was faultless & he bent over backwards to match the colour to our existing pieces. It was clear from the workmanship on the shelf & the way that it was given the kid-glove treatment that MI' couldn't have lavished any more care on it if it had been a newborn baby. We also had a nice lunch, listened to some music & had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. The shelf is about to find itself at 35,000ft & I'm looking forward to getting it in situ in our new room. MI's shelf & cable making skills come very highly recommended.
