I'd like to heartily recommend Reuben I've bought several items that have always been exactly as described and attractively (and openly) priced. A while ago I purchased an item from him and had a couple of issues. after a couple of failed attempts to resolve the problem, completely outwith Reuben's control, he exchanged the unit for another he had in stock, slightly newer, better spec and with a health check warranty. Better service than I would have hoped for from a dealership. I would not hesitate to buy from him again and when my bank manager lets me take the Sooloos plunge he'll be my first port of call. It was a pleasure to purchase a pair of immaculate DSP5000.1 from Hector today for my son's bedroom. I installed them this afternoon, fed by iTunes on his PC, and was as stunned as he at just how good they sound. Couldn't wipe the smile off his face as he rattled through music testing their capabilities!

I just bought Shaun W's MC200. Even though I had agreed to buy it without the box, he'd managed to source one for me anyway by the time I had come to pick it up. He took the time to demonstrate the item and to let me to play with it to my heart's content. Once I'd had my fun, he then boxed it up for me and the deal was done. I never felt rushed or harried. All in all, a very pleasant transaction and I would happily deal with him again.
