I just wanted to say thanks to gizzE for making the purchase of his DSP5K�s smooth and trouble free.
The sale was agreed last week and gizzE very kindly delivered them today as arranged; and also assisted with getting them up two flights of stairs!
I have no hesitation in recommending gizzE to other HH�s should he be selling anything else in future.
Guy is a friendly and first class person to deal with.

I just wanted to post a big thank you to Gerry @ phase3. I purchased an 861V4 recently which developed a fault with the digital input card. Gerry was as helpful as anyone could ever expect (and don't forget i did not purchase a new pair of DSP8000's but a 2nd hand 861), spoke to Meridian and sorted out a replacement card.
Gerry took a day out to drive to my home in Bedfordshire, fix the 861 and then spent a few hours optimising the system for me.
The timing is quite topical considering recent forum changes. This level of service was amazing and worth �000's to me and I am so glad I purchased from a PP. if I had purchased elsewhere (say a well know auction site) I would likely be without a functioning system, hundreds or maybe thousands out of pocket and on my own attempting to resolve the issues.
I WILL be investing in Sooloo's at some stage in the near future and I WILL be purchasing from Gerry even if I can save a few hundred pound elsewhere.
A massive thanks to Gerry from a very happy customer.

I bought an AC200 in white from Akimo.
Very simple and easy transaction, despite the distance. Couldn't recommend more highly.
He even used one of his towels to wrap the unit in to protect it in the packaging.
Truly a Hitchhiker who knows where his towel is. It's in my airing cupboard.

A well deserved piece of feedback and I agree I need a Sooloo's sooner rather than later. I just wish I did not need 101 other things for the house!
