I bought an 818 from Reuben earlier this week.
Not only was it in even better condition than he had described (it was effectively mint, with the plastic cling wrap still on the front panel and remote) but he delivered it himself, spent several hours at my house setting it up and ensuring everything was operating properly, and gave me a Control:Mac tutorial.
I look forward to dealing with Reuben again in the future.
