It cycles yellow then goes grey. I did not see that debug window before, very useful, it says:
Will use static IP 10.0.1.69 (I can reach the config page of the GC100 using a browser on that IP)
Wifi network is reachable
Attempting connection to command socket at 10.0.1.69 to initialize the serial interface
Command socket connected to host at 10.0.1.69. Initialising now...
Initialisation was unsuccessful! Unexpected response was : "unknowncommand 14"
Command socket disconnected

I found online that the protocol might have changed between firmware 2.x and 3.x and although most products still work on old firmware some don't so well so maybe that is the issue. (For instance the firmware <3 do not send beacons at all, the customer service of global cache told me these were introduced in v 3.0)
