Very positive experience with Mat when I recently bought his 502.

Very accurately described, with no marks at all, just as he promised. Works great and was very well packaged and sent with insurance as requested. Good communication too.

Didn't realise we could leave feedback for dealers here, so-

First of all, a huge, huge thank you to Rick (Audio Images) who I've had a few positive experiences with in the last few months while getting into Meridian gear (bought some 5Ks, 5200s, and some Naim gear).

He's been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to put up with some changes I wanted to make along the way too. Top guy and a pleasure to meet you and Andy.

Also, a problem with some speakers was dealt with quickly and without any quibbling at all.

Also, a very positive feedback for Reuben, who sold me my 808.2i, very helpful and friendly and was very quick to respond when there was a fault with the unit when I got it home- all working well now!

Positive feedback for Reuben.

I purchased a used HD621 from Reuben but he could not locate the box and packing material. Instead of taking a chance with a third party box, he picked up a brand new HD621 and sent it to me via express for the price of the used unit. He went out of his way to take care of his customer. Would definitely do business with Reuben again.
