First of all, a huge, huge thank you to Rick (Audio Images) who I've had a few positive experiences with in the last few months while getting into Meridian gear (bought some 5Ks, 5200s, and some Naim gear).

He's been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to put up with some changes I wanted to make along the way too. Top guy and a pleasure to meet you and Andy.

Also, a problem with some speakers was dealt with quickly and without any quibbling at all.
