Just a thought and it may have been covered, is there a way to associate albums without making them into sets?
Example, I have John Fogerty live an album that would be usefull to associate with "Creedance Clearwater Revival".
This would be a usefull future feature.
Cheers, Chris
Chris,
Although this might not be useful to you, in the Advanced_Sooloos_Collection_Guide, in the Control:10/15 Album browser, you can choose to override the Artists search, and replace it with another band or artist, so if would want to associate J. Fogerty with CCR, you can. But I am not sure if you can do that with the iPad / ControlMac/PC interface.
I have quite a few examples of artists that I might want to override, such as "Will Oldham" sorted as "Bonnie Prince Billy", or "SF Seals" sorted as "Barbara Manning".
IMHO this is the great thing about Sooloos, it was designed by owners of large, eclectic collections of albums, and it shows through - albums are sorted by release date, you can filter/swim by genre, etc. The "sorted as" is another example of this mastery.
