Sooloos compatibility? It ranks very highly on here but I'm sure it would be far less important away from HH / Meridian owners although general NAS style ability would be great. Likewise subwoofer out. Likewise the ability to be run in a 3.0 / 3.1 Meridian system. I would guess that facility would be used by < 1% of potential buyers.

Internet radio? Yes please.
Integrated iPod dock? Yes please.
Airplay? Ideally.

We listen to the F80 as a sound bar for our TV, and all our DVD's get played through it. It is also a music streamer for Spotify and iTunes using Airport Express via the digital out into the DAC on the F80. We have a Naim and a tube system but the F80 gets used every day for TV, DVD, Spotify, or iTunes. Almost never for FM, but I would recommend keeping that functionality. Internet radio would be very useful. Adding Airplay would be ideal. It needs HDMI as well, to work with Apple TV. I read that iTunes is positioning itself to receive 24/96 masters. It would be good to stay ahead of such a development and be upgradeable as the CODEC evolves to higher resolution.

The F80 is one of the coolest and most functional everyday things I own. I hope the upgrade is a worthy successor.

My F80 will likely move to the kitchen when the new model comes out, so I need to retain the video capability.
