6)There's a gap in top end 8xx Sooloos to match the MS600. M must see the disc spinner on its way out so an 8xx Sooloos zone (over and above ID40 in v6 and 808) would be interesting. If it contained all the preamp duties of an 808 AND had MRC it would be highly desirable. That covers your 8).

1) I agree. I think Rick's exercise was valid. This won't be the M80 replacement.

5) that would be very interesting. If they made the DSP/ID40 internal to the new DSP's it would be the ultimate in minimal....max WAF.
They could also make a small external Sooloos-SPDIF receiver that could sit neatly behind a pair of DSP's using wifi. Something SB3 sized that was easy to hide (unlike the MS600)...very wife friendly.
