Here's why I have a problem with this firmware situation. I got a quote from one dealer...who is/was 60 miles away to update my DSP6000's...$600!
Because he has to charge travel and pay tech!!! Are you kidding me? Then, to add insult to injury, he said if I brought the speakers in, he would do it for the small sum of $200!

Way to go with the gouging!
