That is a rubbish response from your local dealer, I�m astonished by it.
I suggest you contact one of the Meridian dealers that posts on this forum explain your situation and ask them if they can help with the supply of the firmware?

I'm sure they will be able to help as they are keen to promote the brand and foster long team relationships with their clients.
