George is right on the money. My dealer told me I was the only customer who contacted him about the new firmware. He is (was) the only dealer in the San Diego area and has sold a lot of M equipment here for a lot of years. He also told me he was aware of only four of his customers, including me, who visit this forum. So it looks like it's not only M's current target market but the vast majority of existing M owners who don't know or care about things like software updates.
