IMHO, it's quite straightforward......

The more F80s you sell, the more Meridian Products and Systems you sell longer term.

Therefore, in order to achieve the later, you might lower your Margin Expectations on the F80 (not kill them, just lower them).

Also leverage the Tech that already exists out there and don't try and over engineer things by including Meridian's version of the wheel.

E.g. use iOS and Airplay for Spotify........don't try and build (and pay Spotify to licence) a built in Client.
