Purchased a pair of DSP3100 from Paul( Jobseeker).

Carrier dropped one and caused internal damage.

Paul was very helpful in resolving issue with carrier and a successful claim was made.

From my experience you can trade with Paul in confidence.

Also would recomend Peter Tyson's for swift efficient and courteous service.

Bought MC200 and TwinStore from Rick (Audioimages). Rick was very patient with my many questions about the network etc. beforehand, so that when I took delivery set-up was straightforward (in spite of having BT Homehub!).
