At the end of May I bought a pair of smiley face DSP5000 from Reuben. He kindly delivered them and help me set them up. 5 weeks later one of them developed a fault and started overheating. Reuben honoured his warranty and we arranged for them to be repaired at Meridian via Technosound in Milton Keynes. I picked up the repaired speaker today and it's now back in action.
Communication was quick and easy with all except Meridian.

I bought Dolf's G68G, and he went to a huge amount of trouble to package and dispatch it all the way from Canada to New Zealand. When I opened it today it was immaculately packaged and looked exactly as if it had been supplied fresh from the factory, complete with cables, manuals, dust cover ... it was all he promised in the ad, and more. And his price was exceptionally fair.
Thanks Dolf - and thanks also for all the advice and assistance via email, particularly with cabling. I really appreciate the effort you put into helping me understand how to get the best out of what I was buying!

A huge Thank You to Richard Krol at http://www.hexateq.com/ for my custom-designed stand to hold my 63" Plasma and 7200HC speaker on a tiltable shelf . Richard has designed stands for Meridian themselves before and was very patient and diligent with getting the stand just right for us . Because of the size and weight of M's Horizontal Centre Speakers its always been difficult to find anything to support and compliment them . Sorted at last ! Cheers Richard ! I bought Slasor999's 598DP. Its arrived today, well packed and as described in advert. Communication was quick and easy. Many thanks and Ive just discovered that its multi region too!!
