I cannot adequately describe the superlative service that I have received from Robert.

I have previously posted about the extent of support that he provided when I hooked up my Sooloos Control 15 to my G68J with a customized adapter on a Reviver.

I recently upgraded to an 861V6 with Revivers on my legacy speakers. I had huge setup problems. In addition to the assistance that I received on the forum from many HH�ers including Robert, he and I exchanged well over a dozen over page long e-mails where he gave me troubleshooting procedures. This is in spite of the fact that we, early in the game, determined that the Revivers and cables were working properly and the problem was in the 861. So his support was for a problem totally removed from his Revivers.

Even if Robert normally only provided 10% of the customer service that I received, it would be outstanding!
