I have purchased a DSP Reviver from Robert W, and he was great to deal with. He went to a lot of effort to fully understand the intended application for the unit, built a modified one, and tested it to ensure full compatibility with my set up.
I also purchased one of his 15m Speakerlink cables, which was in mint condition and original packaging.
Frequent friendly emails to update on progress, prompt delivery, and the kit was very well packed. Who could ask for more?!

I would like to thank the team at Sevenoaks Exeter for their considerable help during the protracted upgrade of my system. This involved configuring the system several times, and also allowed me to compare 5.1 with 7.1 in my home. The amount of time and effort which was willingly given was way beyond what any customer might expect. The word painstaking does not begin to describe it.
And I would also like to thank Meridian for supplying everything by the dates promised.

I bought an AC12 from Jaco. Communication was friendly, and the item arrived quickly and double-boxed (intact original packaging repacked inside another box with another layer of foam): extremely well done. Nice to do business with him - would do so very happily in future!
