Is anyone going to CES?

Presumably we will see an official release of the MC200. I guess we'll know in only a few days if that's the only new item.

Yes, I've got my badge and I'll be there for at least the first two days. Right side of the pond and the right city for me. I'll try to post a few pics if I get time.

I will be attending CES January 6-9, 2010 and will spend some time with Meridian. I will report back and provide pictures and details of any new products.

Any questions other than:

"When will a firmware update be available for legacy processors which a) fixes Trifield Width and b) implements an apodising filter?"

What do Meridian see the Sooloos's USP to be right now? How do Meridian see Sooloos keeping it, bearing in mind the tough competition?

The MS600 and MC200 don't have the Sooloos name anywhere on the casework as far as I can see from pictures. Will the Sooloos brand-name be phased out as Meridian redesigns each Sooloos component from the bottom up? (I see that a measure of how serious they are about it.)

Sooloos streaming 5.1 FLACs? (That would mean a multichannel output Media Source product.)

800 apodizing? And does the 800 have a future?

(Sorry I keep changing this post...)

USP = Unique Selling Point. Standard marketing term, I'm afraid!
