I find the offer in the UK also ok. If the dealer can keep the traded in unit, he is likely to give some discount also i assume. Perhaps if you have more than the standard cards, some extra discount is possible.

I will wait for the Dutch price. I guess they understand they should not price it up to the USA level here.
Shipping cost is like 100 Euro, and no additional taxes need to be payed inside the EU. So only the local service would be an argument, but that is not worth to pay 20% extra for me..
