Apparently, the MS200 has been discontinued. It’s ‘replacement’ is the 218 - at x2.5 the price of the MS200.

Is the custom installation range to replace mainstream Meridian kit?

My Mac can go all the way to XI - Mac user since 1988.

The 218 has a different, larger, feature set.

Wasn’t the MS200 £500 when it was released? So the 218 is 1.5 times the price which considering the additional features is probably about right, not a fair comparison to look at the ‘obsolete product’ run out price.

Did we know the MS200 was officially not longer a current product or did we just find out from Martins HiFi's post?

It’s still a great product if you don’t wish to decode MQA, in non critical zones for sure.

Other than it's announcement, I've not been able to find out any further detail on the 210 at all.

MS200 discontinued is a shame. Analogue Out was and still is very useful.
Re 210. I am more concerned about what it won't do, than what it will do. cry

I don't think there's any 'secrecy' going on.

The MS200 was moved from the current to the 'Older Products' part of the Meridian website.
