Thought I’d try my luck, anyone looking to part with a pair of boxes to suit DSP5000’s? Ideally in the Gloucestershire area?

Not sure what your need is, but I'm not sure what structural integrity of DSP5000 era boxes would be like.

I've got some and whilst fine for protection whilst personally transporting (instead of blankets), I would not trust them to protect them for courier shipping even though they look good condition.

Thanks Ian, was looking at shipping’s a pair from the UK to Oz but after looking into it further I’ll be paying more to the postman and customs than I would for the speakers. Ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Probably not the best idea to ship them in 20 year old boxes either as you say. Not the smartest of requests... Mods, please close
