I've just added a 568.2MM to my system, which was previously just DSP5200s and a source.

The problem is that the master speaker of my stereo pair is still responding to the MSR, as well a the 568.2MM. I've already set the speakers as Type 6 - is there something else I need to do?

Thanks

Pop it in standby and then press clear on the MSR whilst pointing it at the 568.

Think this should resolve the issue. You can check which is controller this way.

Press clear while the system is in standby to assign the processor as the controller.

Also in the config program of the 568, make sure that the front speaker that is master, matches tbe actual master speaker

If the standard method doesn’t work, you can always specify the speaker as ‘not controller’. I’ve had to do this in the past where the problem persisted.
