Hi all

Apologies if this has been asked before but I can't seem to control either of my two systems with the respective MSR+s.

Home: C15, G68, MS600, DSP5500;
Office: C15, G61R, M3.

The volume works at home as I have one of the 5500's as Master and Controller, the office is controlled by the G61R.

All other functions work as far as I can tell.

I have set the Comms Address as 1A and the Comms Type as 4C on both the G68 and G61R, but they don't want to play.

Ideas gratefully received, as ever.

Many thanks

When you change the volume on the C15 do the Meridian zones react?
If so this confirms Sooloos zone to Meridian comms is works.

For Control from .Meridian to Sooloos a return comms connection is required, I'm wondering if this is present.

These topics should help:
SpeakerLink to SPDIF + COMMS cable
SpeakerLink used as Digital Out (XLR or SPDIF) plus COMMS and RS232

How are the following connected?

MS600 --- G68
C15 --- G61R

861v6+ID40, HD621, 800D, C15, MD600 (2*3TB), TwinStore (RM 2*3TB), 8000.2, 7200HC, 7200, SKYQ Silver, PS3, PDP-LX6090, iPadAir2, QNAP TS870-Pro (8*6TB)

The C15 is directly contacted to the G61R with a legacy comms cable.

I will check the C15 at home but I think the MS600 is directly contacted to the G68, again using a legacy comms cable.

When I wake up/shut down/change volume on the screen, all units also change. With the C15/G61R the volume goes up and down with the same level displayed. same with the C15/MS600/G68, the DSP5500s follow the C15 level.

I have tried shutting down and using the Clear button - no change.

I can use the home system via my iPhone and can access all the controls. The office system is stand alone and not hard wired/connected to the router.

Thanks for all your assistance.

Kind regards
