Moving magnet (516) or Moving coil (515)?
Have you tried opening up your 562v to see whether there's not already one in there?

Moving magnet - thanks  I tried plugging my tt directly into the LP input and didn't get anything so I assumed not. I guess it could be on another input? Don't really know what to look for - is it just a card directly in line with the LP input? Thanks for the reply Kind regards Jamie

Check out Duncs Meridian info link above. It shows the two options and even has the fitting instructions.
I use an external TT module for my 562v.

Awesome thanks - very useful to know that link is there!! I also have a seperate phono stage, but was thinking I could reduce my box count, and assume the 516 is perfectly suited to Meridian pre and speakers..... Cheers Jamie
