Hi Guys,
Bizarrely, all the front panel switches on my 561 processor just stopped working. As in, they don't do anything when I press them.
Everything else is still working, ie it functions fully as it always has in every other respect.
A complicating factor may be that my 2 year-old sometimes presses buttons on things in a random fashion. (They don't appear to be broken or pushed in further than they should - still feel as normal)
Two questions:
1. Is there a sequence of button presses that can result in all the buttons becoming inoperative? 2. Is there any other reason why they might suddenly all stop working?
Oh, and 3. How do I fix it?!
Thanks in advance! Jonny

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
It’s possible to lock and unlock the menus, but I’m not aware of a way to lock out the all the keys. The OFF button should always work.
Have you tried switching it off and back on using the power switch?
